We no longer accept returns.  Please read all descriptions and product descriptions very carefully, and if you have any questions about product compatibility, call (717) 389-5992 and we will answer your questions (leave a message if no one answers).  We stand behind the quality of our products and know they're among the best you'll find out there, so please understand this change is because nearly all returns we process stem from "I bought the wrong thing".  

 

We regret to make this change, but we have had to implement this policy because we simply get too many people that do not read the descriptions of what they're buying.  It is extremely expensive for us to ship products, and we are not able to eat the cost of purchases where descriptions and specifications are ignored. 

If you "think" they'll fit together, or they "look bigger/smaller", go back and read the details, and if necessary, get out a tape measure or ruler to help visualize what the product really looks like. If you're still unsure, just contact us (call, email, or use the Messenger button in the lower right).  We want you to get the products you need the first time around!

 

In the rare cases where we send out the wrong item, returns are graciously accepted.  Just contact us and let us know and we'll make it right.

Shipping Information

 *Free shipping available only on specified products to select destinations.  Shipping surcharges apply to most states outside of the Eastern US.

We ship from Lebanon, Pennsylvania 17042.  Estimated shipping transit times start when a package leaves our shop (don't forget to add 1 extra business day for us to pack and ship your order).  

If you're geographically closer to us, your transit time will be on the lower end of the estimated window provided at checkout.  Customers west of the Rockies should expect to have transit times that approach the higher end of the estimated window.  More information is provided below. 

We ship to a variety of international locations.  Please contact us for a quote.  

 

Carriers

We ship domestically via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.  International packages will be shipped through USPS, UPS, or DHL.  Tracking information is supplied to you by email when your order ships.  

Transit Times

Shipping transit time information provided at checkout is an estimate of the time it will take for your package to reach you.  This estimate is not a guarantee of delivery day or transit time.  If you absolutely need a package on a certain date, please contact us so we can help you select the proper shipping service.

About FedEx SmartPost and UPS SurePost

FedEx SmartPost services allow us to offer you a great shipping price, particularly to our customers west of the Mississippi River.  While we've had great success with this service and usually experience lower transit times, we do want you to know that it may take up to 7-10 business days for a package to be delivered when shipped using this service.  Please take this into consideration when selecting this service. 

 

You can track SmartPost packages on the FedEx.com website, or by placing "92" in front of your SmartPost tracking number when entering it on the USPS.com website. The tracking is typically detailed and provides a great deal of information as your package moves through the FedEx network on the way to the USPS.

 

How does SmartPost work?  The service utilizes the FedEx delivery network from our store all the way to your local post office.  FedEx delivers the package to your local post office, and then your local USPS carrier will deliver the package to your home. 

 

We reserve the right to substitute the shipping service selected at checkout for another with a similar delivery estimate based on rates offered by the carriers.  Our goal is to get your package to you in the fewest number of days possible while keeping shipping costs to a minimum. 

 

Return Information

Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase.  Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will apply.  We may, at our discretion, offer a refund in lieu of the item being returned.  Please contact us via SecondSunHydro@gmail.com or at (717) 389-5992 to coordinate a return. 

 

Orders are refunded within 5 business days of being received at our warehouse.  Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your statement. 

Items sold "as is", "clearance", or "damaged" are not eligible for refund or return.

Items Damaged in Shipment

We pack our items very carefully, but sometimes damage in transit is inevitable given the fragile nature of our products.  In the event an item is damaged in transit, we will provide a refund for the damaged pieces.  It is not economical to send a replacement item in most cases.  If you desire a replacement item in lieu of refund, you may pay shipping costs for the replacement item.  Alternatively, in lieu of a refund, we can include your replacement item for free in a future order.
