Shipping and Returns Information

Shipping Information

We ship from Lebanon, Pennsylvania 17042.  Estimated shipping transit times start when a package leaves our shop (don't forget to add 1 extra business day for us to pack and ship your order).  

If you're geographically closer to us, your transit time will be on the lower end of the estimated window provided at checkout.  Customers west of the Rockies should expect to have transit times that approach the higher end of the estimated window.  More information is provided below.

We Ship Worldwide!  Don't see a shipping rate to your location?  Simply email us your order and we'll provide a shipping quote. 


Most orders ship within 1 business day of the order being placed and we try to get orders out to you as fast as possible.  A business day is any day of the week other than Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday.  For example, most orders placed on a Monday will ship by Tuesday.  However, orders placed on a Friday may not ship until Monday.  The same rule also applies to the calculation of shipping transit times. 


We ship domestically via USPS and FedEx.  International packages will be shipped through USPS, FedEx, or DHL.  Tracking information is supplied to you by email when your order ships.   Please note that FedEx Home Delivery does not make deliveries on Monday.

Transit Times

Shipping transit time information provided at checkout is an estimate of the time it will take for your package to reach you.  This estimate is not a guarantee of delivery day or transit time.  If you absolutely need a package on a certain date, please contact us so we can help you select the proper shipping service.

You can use the service map below to estimate delivery times via FedEx Home Delivery to your location.  These are estimates only.  Please also keep in mind that Home Delivery does deliver on Saturday, but does not deliver on Mondays.  



About FedEx SmartPost

FedEx SmartPost services allow us to offer you a great shipping price, particularly to our customers west of the Mississippi River.  While we've had great success with this service and usually experience lower transit times, we do want you to know that it may take up to 7-10 business days for a package to be delivered when shipped using this service.  Please take this into consideration when selecting this service. 


You can track SmartPost packages on the website, or by placing "92" in front of your SmartPost tracking number when entering it on the website. The tracking is typically detailed and provides a great deal of information as your package moves through the FedEx network on the way to the USPS.


How does SmartPost work?  The service utilizes the FedEx delivery network from our store all the way to your local post office.  FedEx delivers the package to your local post office, and then your local USPS carrier will deliver the package to your home. 


We reserve the right to substitute the shipping service selected at checkout for another with a similar delivery estimate based on rates offered by the carriers.  Our goal is to get your package to you in the fewest number of days possible while keeping shipping costs to a minimum. 


Return Information

Returns are accepted on all items within 30 days of purchase if you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase.  Please contact us via or at (717) 389-5992 to coordinate a return.



Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.  We may, at our discretion, offer a refund in lieu of the item being returned.


Orders are refunded within 5 business days of being received at our warehouse.  Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your statement. 

Items sold "as is" or "damaged" are not eligible for refund or return. 





Items Damaged in Shipment

We pack our items very carefully, but sometimes damage in transit is inevitable given the fragile nature of our products.  In the event an item is damaged in transit, we will provide a refund for the damaged pieces.  It is not economical to send a replacement item in most cases.  If you desire a replacement item in lieu of refund, you may pay shipping costs for the replacement item.  Alternatively, in lieu of a refund, we can include your replacement item for free in a future order.
